Fully enclosed ductile iron casting frame
Main frame with access covers over crosshead area and inspection doors on each side
Eccentric is cast nodular iron
Main bearings are double row spherical roller bearings
Double extended jack shaft, 4340h quenched and tempered alloy steel running on hvy duty roller bearings.
Main gears are 4140h alloy steel, heat treated and bolted to eccentric
Nodular iron connecting rods
Replaceable bronze crosshead slides in frame
Full splash lubrication
Oil pump, gear driven with full flow filter and element
5000 psi wide body style fluid end modules
New liners, pistons, polyurethane valves and seals
Suction manifold weldment with one (1) 10”-150# connection, in the center of manifold
Discharge manifold is cast steel with 5”-5,000# api connections on either side of pump
Liner wash system (less pumps)
New discharge strainer cross
New pulsation dampner, 5000 psi maximum service pressure
