Description: Silica Flour Sand

Function: Silica Flour is finely ground silica sand used in oilwell HPHT cement whenever the cement will be exposed to temperatures of 230⁰F to 400⁰F typically found in Geothermal Energy Wells. It prevents the loss of strength, or retrogression, that oilwell cement would otherwise experience at these temperatures. Silica flour is available in 120, 140, 200, 270 & 325 mesh. (200 Mesh in STOCK at all times)

Function: Efficient dispersant in low-weight fresh water muds used in up hole drilling and effective additive for treating cement contamination and reduce viscosity.

Function: Used as a source of bicarbonate ions to precipitate & remove soluble calcium from water base fluids and reduce pH. Provide effective treatment for cement contamination and deflocculates cement contaminated fluids.

Description: This Synthetic Polymer is a fluid loss additive with wide utility in the 140°-300°F temperature ranges typically found in Geothermal Energy Wells. It is effective in all API classes of cement, and is compatible with salt up to saturation.

Function: It can be used in cement slurries at typical dosages of 0.2 to 1.0 gallons per sack of cement. It is effective in all salt concentrations.

Description: CCP-35 is a versatile dispersant/friction reducer for all oilwell cements. It is effective at salt concentrations from zero to saturation and at
temperatures from 100F to 400F typically found in Geothermal Energy Wells.

Function: CCP-35 can be used at loadings from 0.25 to 0.75 pound per sack of cement, depending on slurry density, type of cement, and presence of other additives.

Description: MSLS-24L is a liquid lignosulfonate cement retarder for all classes of oilwell cement. It is designed for use in the 200F-320F temperature range typically found in Geothermal Energy Wells.

Function: MSLS-24L is typically used at levels of 0.1 to 0.5 gallons per sack of cement in its normal temperature range. Its action may be intensified to give performance at over 400 degrees if required through the addition of borates or of certain organic acids.
